Coconut Chia Halo-Halo Inspired Parfait

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp raw honey (optional)
  • ½ cup mango cubes
  • 2 tbsp toasted coconut flakes

Instructions:

  1. Mix coconut milk, chia, and vanilla. Chill 2–3 hours.
  2. Layer with mango and top with coconut.
