That’s exactly what our discovery call is for! We’ll discuss your goals, lifestyle, and preferences to find the perfect fit.

Don’t worry! I’ll guide you through everything step-by-step. My app is designed to be user-friendly.

You can request your fitness consultation here (NOTE: We’ll need a form where we ask them their fitness goals, time frame, etc. Jen – add more here that you want in the form to assess them). You’ll be asked to answer a short set of questions that will give me excellent context for what you would like to achieve, offering me plenty of context for our call. Once I receive your request, I’ll review your circumstances and, as long as I think I can help, I’ll send you a booking link to schedule your call within 24-48 hours. If I don’t think I’m able to help I’ll notify you as well (we’ll modify later).

Once your call is booked, I’ll send you a confirmation email, and the call will be synced up on my calendar. You will be sent an SMS reminder 30 minutes before the call if you leave your telephone number.

We can do a phone or video call via Zoom. I prefer video calls as it will give you a better sense of who I am and if working with me would be a better fit for you. You don’t need your own Zoom account as you will be invited as a guest. If you prefer a phone call simply leave your phone number and I’ll call you at the scheduled time.

o There is absolutely no obligation to move forward with fitness coaching or any other purchase after the call.

o There is also no fee for the call. The objective is to determine whether my online personal training service will be a good fit for your fitness goals.

o The second objective is to form a potential strategy which would allow you to achieve your fitness goals (in-home, studio, online)

o This helps reduce uncertainty on your side as you’ll know exactly how I believe we should approach your goals.

o By the end of the call, you’ll be in a position to decide whether you would like my help to assist you in your fitness goals.

I set aside 30 minutes for our call so that we’re not rushed and you can lay out what you hope to achieve. However, it often only takes around half that to outline your goals and confirm whether we would be a good fit working together.

Absolutely. You will be able to reschedule your call on the booking link if you can’t make the initial booking. My calendar will be automatically updated and you receive an updated calendar invite.

You will be speaking with me (Jen Calling) directly, no salespeople. No team members. This is intended to be a very personalized fitness experience and you’ll maintain this 1:1 interaction with me throughout your entire time to reach your fitness goals.

There is no pressure to prepare any materials for the call. The consultation process itself gathers enough information for me to determine how I can help. Ultimately, it’s an informal call. All you need to come with is your fitness goals, and we’ll discuss the best strategy to help you achieve them.

o After your call, I’ll write you a follow-up email breaking down the fitness strategy we’ve outlined. This way, you’ll have a clear strategy regarding what I believe you should do to achieve your goals.

 

o If you confirm you’d like to move forward during our call, this email will include a payment link and a confirmed start date.

 

o If you would like to take some time to decide whether you’ll move forward or not, we’ll have an open chain of communication through which you can send any follow up questions.

o The Jen Calling transformation program is a high volume, constantly varying strength and conditioning program specifically designed to transform your body, develop your muscles, and keep you lean – 365 days a year.

o My program is a life process that I have been using and further developing for over two decades to keep myself consistently in the best shape possible. It is not a 6-week shred or a 12-week transformation. As a professional trainer for more than 25 years I can tell you firsthand that short-term plans may work temporarily, but they don’t last. If you’re looking for a quick-fix program, then the Jen Calling transformation is not for you.

o If you are ready to commit the time and effort to an intense plan that emphasizes lifetime fitness and combines traditional protocols with outside-the-box exercises and training methods then Jen Calling transformation is absolutely the program for you.

o A PDF e-book* consisting of new workouts every 14 days to keep you and your muscles engaged.

o New volumes are available for download on the website every 28 days.

o Every exercise is linked to a video demonstration.

o A copy of my Nutritional Guidelines in which I share all of the tips and strategies that detail how I eat in order to stay shredded year round!

o A supplemental bodyweight only workout that I developed to help those who temporarily lost access to their gym or to use on vacation.

The Jen Calling transformation program is designed around the exact same training schedule I follow. The suggested schedule is 5 days on followed by 2 rest days. However, many members modify the schedule to fit their needs.

The average workout time is 60-90 minutes but may take a bit shorter or longer depending on your experience and training environment. As mentioned earlier, this package is not a BS quick-fix. If you truly want to see notable results, then you’ll need to put the time in the gym.

*These are not featured as frequently as traditional equipment like dumbbells, barbells, etc., however they are difficult to replicate without the specific equipment and thus fall into the “highly recommended category.”

Yes you can. Just go to “Change Plan / Cancel / Update Payment Details” on the dropdown menu from your Dashboard and select “Change Plan.” Simply choose the plan you’d like to change to and follow the prompts to complete your change.

As much as I’d hate to lose you, I’ve made it very easy to cancel. You don’t even have to email us. Once logged in, just go to “Change Plan / Cancel / Update Payment Details” under the dropdown menu in your Dashboard. Then click Cancel.
