services designed to support strength, confidence, energy, and long-term health, including (without limitation) personal training, nutrition and lifestyle coaching, fitness assessments, recovery education, workshops, retreats, clinics, corporate wellness services, and motivational speaking engagements (collectively, the “Services”)
