Ingredients
- 1 Coconut Chia Halo-Halo Inspired Parfait
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp raw honey (optional)
- ½ cup mango cubes
- 2 tbsp toasted coconut flakes
Instructions:
- Mix coconut milk, chia, and vanilla. Chill 2–3 hours.
- Layer with mango and top with coconut.
