Air-Fried Turkey & Vegetable Lumpia

Ingredients

  • ½ lb lean ground turkey
  • ½ cup shredded cabbage
  • ¼ cup grated carrots
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 8–10 wrappers
  • Avocado oil spray

Instructions:

  1. Cook turkey with garlic and vegetables; cool mixture.
  2. Roll tightly in wrappers.
  3. Spray lightly and air fry at 375°F for 8–10 minutes.
